Teaching Artist: Faizal Westcott

Urbano Youth artists participated in a 2-day intensive photography workshop to learn the basics of photography and how to document the world around them. Following Urbano’s current theme of Resilience and Sustainability, the artists went out into the community of Egleston and captured images that they thought spoke to the theme. Each students’ collection of four photos encapsulates a unique story that highlights culture, community, and color.
